Once you decide on which platform best meets your needs, we perform a “warm transfer” to a sales representative for
your chosen platform.

You get no sales pressure from us. Once your decision is made, you get no sales pressure from the platform vendor because you’ve already decided. All that is left is to work out the right level of service from the vendor to meet your budget. We will gladly sit in on those conversations with you and the vendor. Our job is to make sure you are satisfied with
the choice you have made.

Get Started

Our Get Started package includes the Get to Know Your Platform package plus continued consultation on getting your first web conference event off the ground. We will help you tackle the technical aspects of your first web conference including adapting your presentation for use on the web and helping you moderate your first event if you so desire.

Run My Event

Our deluxe package provides the following services:

• The Get to Know Your Platform package
• The Get Started package
• Full event setup and attendee registration responsibility including time of event moderator services

o For event registration, we will either use the registration package you purchased from your web conference provider or our own registration service.

Pure Moderation

If all you want is to have a technical moderator for your event, we can do that too. Technical moderation includes
rehearsal of your event to make sure everything is ready, plus being on hand the day of the event to handle all technical aspects while you focus on giving your presentation.
